I received your postcard in the mail requesting feedback from our recent visit to your dealership.  We recently purchased a RX 350.  I absolutely love it!  It drives like butter!  As for our experience while purchasing our vehicle,  overall we were very pleased.  We had completed our research and were very well prepared to "wheel and deal" to make our purchase.  The people that we dealt with at the dealership treated us with great hospitality.  There were only a few hitches with the day of our purchase including the technician locking the keys in the car so I had to return with the spare set and I drove away without a 30 day tag in the vehicle.  Lance and Cory were very apologetic for these events and presented us with a gas card for the hassle and Lance delivered the dealer tag to my work a few days later.  Other than these minor hiccups we were very satisfied with our service.  I really enjoyed Kathy going over the features of the vehicle with us. We look forward to doing business with you in the future.
